In this new future, we are focused on understanding the relief options that are being provided by state and federal entities. Today, we understand the necessity to have a deliberate plan for weathering any storm. The remaining 40% of our revenue is raised through fundraising and contributions from individuals like you. At that time, 60% of our revenue came through corporate contributions and foundation grants. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, we worked hard in collaboration with other organizations and individuals to make a successful community event and a variety of community engagement opportunities. Our organization works to enhance the quality of life for LGBTQ+ people of color & families living in Minnesota by cultivating the belief in equality for all and fostering awareness about both the individual commonalities and differences in the people of the LGBTQ+ community.ΔΆ020 was exceedingly difficult for us as we re-envisioned our service delivery model.

Our services include direct person-to-person advocacy, civic engagement, HIV health advocacy, equity & equality, as well as our trademark/hallmark Twin Cities Black Pride Festival weekend. Since 2014, MN POC Pride has focused on identifying and connecting with LGBTQ+ persons of color across the state. Nevertheless, to continue this work, we need kind people like you to open your hearts and help. This past year has been exceedingly difficult for us However, we know how important the work is that we are doing in the community. Help Minnesota People of Color LGBTQ+ Pride Organization to continue its mission and do great things in Minneapolis & St. You can impact the lives of people in our community.
